These Terms of Service govern the use of the website of Gran Vía Solutions, S.L. and of the services we provide through it, including the private dashboard we make available to our marketing clients. By using the website or the dashboard, you accept these terms.
Who we are
Gran Vía Solutions, S.L. (Tax ID B16352197) is a digital marketing agency providing SEO, web design, social media, paid advertising and applied AI services. Full identification and contact details are in the legal notice.
The service
We provide our marketing services to clients with whom we have a commercial agreement, and we give them access to a private dashboard where they can check the status of their website, their campaigns and their social media accounts. To show that information, the dashboard connects to the platforms the client itself uses — among others, Google, Meta and TikTok — only once the owner of that account has expressly authorized it through their own login.
When the client requests and authorizes it, the dashboard can also publish content (videos, photos or posts) on their behalf on those same platforms. That authorization can be revoked at any time from the platform in question.
User obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate information, to use the dashboard and its access credentials personally and non-transferably, and not to use the service to publish unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties. The client is responsible for the content they authorize us to publish on their own accounts.
Intellectual property
All content on the website and the dashboard — text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design and source code — is a work owned by Gran Vía Solutions. No rights of exploitation over it are transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for proper use of the service.
Changes and availability of the service
We reserve the right to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the dashboard and its features, as well as these terms, when necessary for technical, legal or security reasons. Relevant changes will be communicated to affected clients.
Liability
Gran Vía Solutions is not responsible for the availability of, or changes made by, third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok and similar) that the dashboard reads from or publishes to, nor for any decisions those platforms make regarding the client's accounts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute related to the website or the service, the parties submit to the courts of Albacete, Spain, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
